School vouchers

 
Another telling indictment of public education from a fiscal and economic point of view. As I have written before, vouchers can save millions from penurious state and local budgets - a modest, Catholic school education costs less than half what DC spends per pupil, gives both discipline, a moral education, and a better chance for learning.
