Misleading research

 
This article illustrates how valuable scientific research can often only be half-truths. While it is certainly true that social development enabled society to make significant progress through un-related (blood/family) groupings, we can see today how religious, ethnic, regional, and political groupings help to tear at the fabric of that society, are often at the root of war, discord, and disharmony.

The ability to cooperate, to make individuals subordinate their strong sense of self-interest to the needs of the group, lies at the root of human achievement.
