Recipes–Grilled Asian Style Broccoli

This is a very simple recipe which requires little preparation and only some watching. The marinade/mix is only soy sauce, sesame oil, and olive oil.

Grilled Asian-Style Broccoli

* 1 lb. (approx.) broccoli florets (i.e. no stems)

* 2 Tbsp. olive oil

* 2-3 Tbsp. soy sauce

* 2 tsp. sesame oil

* 1 Tbsp. (approx.) Balsamic vinegar

* 2 tsp. honey

- Put all the ingredients in a lg. mixing bowl and mix well

- Spread them evenly out on a baking tray with tinfoil covering the bottom

- Turn the oven on BROIL and roast for approx. 15 minutes or until florets begin to brown

- Turn the florets over, mixing the sauce remaining

- Grill for another 15 min. (approx.) or until florets slightly blackened

- Taste for tenderness.  They should be firm, but not hard

- Place in a lg. serving blow, add ground pepper, and mix well.

- Serve
