America Already Has Its Sharia - Blasphemy Laws, Burqas, And Political Conformity

The American Left is betwixt and between on the question of Iran.  On the one hand it abhors the treatment of women - chadors, burqas, veils, headscarves and universal subservience to men - and on the other hand quietly but adamantly endorses its philosophy of sharia law. 

American progressives have promoted the very same social agenda as the Iranians - women, such as Sydney Sweeney who has publicly bared it all, should cover up, dress and behave modestly; speech which counters, derogates, or criticizes the received wisdom of race, gender, and ethnicity should be severely punished; and those who contradict the progressive regime and deny its existential purpose should be shamed, exiled, and marginalized. 

In fact, the Biden administration America indeed promoted a secular sharia law that was as autocratic, inviolable, and absolute as that of the theocratic regime of the ayatollahs. Like the Iranians, American progressives attempted to erase history.  Nothing existed before the 1979 Iranian Revolution said the regime.  The rule of Persepolis was a thing to be erased and forgotten, and any reference to it would be considered apostasy and heresy. 

Progressives said that anything related to the antebellum, slave-owning South had to be expunged, removed from the historical record.  Only a complete cleansing of this white supremacist, brutally racist, and immoral blight will suffice.  Any reference to the Confederacy must be removed - the names of Southern leaders must be taken from every public institution, streets, schools, government buildings which must be renamed to honor those who suffered under the Southern yoke. 

The culture of the post-war Fifties - the nuclear family, church, community, faith, and patriotism - must be called out for the insidiously white, privileged, racist society it was. It was universally and indelibly anti-social, and stood between the radical revolution of America into the liberal utopia it now is. 

Under the authoritarianism of the Left, women are inviolate and have no responsibility for preserving their chastity or sexual integrity.  Men and only men are so responsible. Again acting like Iranian theocrats, American liberal women insisted that such sexual abuse need not be only physical. Intimidation, innuendo, and 'improper' sexual reference must be equally called out and punished.  Such liberal claims had their origins both in Islamic absolutism and Orwellian social totalitarianism. 

Sharia law is based on the assumption that no law it higher than God's law, and so sharia must be the law of the land rather than any secular compromise.  The American progressive political canon, based on Diversity Equity Inclusion, race-gender-ethnicity, and the supremacy of identity is the secular equivalent of sharia law.  

The canon is higher than any adjudicated, consensual law.  The Constitution, liberals say, written by privileged white men 250 years ago is invalid, and must be replaced by an ethos which denies individualism, rejects Europeanism and white culture, and judges not by Enlightenment standards but by post-Deconstructionist liberalism. 

The Left, like the Iranian theocracy, makes its own conclusions based on a priori judgments that have nothing to do with history.  Facts are irrelevant when God exists.  Islam itself is based on the willing suspension of disbelief.  The Quran was handwritten by Allah, given to the Angel Gabriel to deliver to an illiterate Arab camel-trader.  Muhammed is the last prophet and therefore ipso facto, Islam is the ultimate, true, and only religion. The Jews are an evil excrescence.  Jesus did not die on the cross but an imposter. 

American liberals say that the black man is the heir to humanity's kingdom.  A child of the forest endowed with a primal sentience and environmental intimacy, an intelligence borne out of primacy, first in the line of homo sapiens, descendants of Lucy.  Women with their naturally superior intelligence, and fertility combine reproduction with absolute dominance in all secular fields and are the eventual rulers of all ventures.  The white man, etc. etc.  

The liberal canon, litany, doxology, and doctrine, rigidly established, militantly defended, and the basis for all action, is again no different than Quranic absolutism. 

The American war against Iran continues in fits and starts.  The Left is against it for predictable reasons.  First and foremost because it is the initiative of Donald Trump, hated like no other American president. Second, because war is ipso facto bad, immoral, and always unjustified. Give peace a chance; and third because national sovereignty is an absolute right. 

However the main reason for such support of Iran is because American liberals are in favor of Iranian style governance.  Progressivism, like Islam, is the final expression of political reason and governance.  There can be no reversal of fortune, no turning back the inevitable establishment of a progressive world caliphate. 

Liberal Democrats in America wish they had the autocratic power of the Ayatollah, the mullahs, and Islamic clerics. They wish that law could be made by fiat, not subjected to the ignorance of the Right, that in a series of executive orders, mandates, and official sanctions progressive policy could be put into place immediately and forever.  Just as in Islam where God's law supersedes all secular law, progressives believe that their law is similarly inspired by a higher authority and should be recognized as such

Democracy is as much an outdated, irrelevant fancy for the radical progressive as it is for the ayatollahs.  Democrats have made their scorn of the middle class supporters of Trump no secret, ignoramuses seduced by white racism cloaked in patriotic nationalism. America would be better off without them. The sooner they and their uneducated, tobacco-chewing, bass boat mentality disappear, the better. 

For all the heralded coming of 'diversity', these progressives have vowed to eliminate anyone who disagrees with them and defies the canon, the divine inspiration, and the absolute rightness of the liberal cause. 

Viva the Ayatollah, the mullahs, the clerics, and their theocratic regime!  We are comrades in spirit if not in arms.  We are behind your vitality, your absolute conviction in the rightness of your cause and the inevitability of your beliefs.  We are against the American adventurism and the Zionist genocidal complicity.
